MAY 2008 FINAL EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

No instructor has the authority to approve alternate times, dates, locations, or accommodations for an exam scheduled by the FAS Exams Office. Special accommodations must be approved by the appropriate governing body or administrative office. Circumventing these procedures may jeopardize a student’s grade in the course. Students requesting to take the exam on a different date/time/location, or requesting special accommodations should contact one of the administrative offices below:

· The Accessible Education Office (http://aeo.fas.harvard.edu) for requests for extended testing time or alternate exam accommodations

· Exams Office for conflicts with religious observation, fasexams@fas.harvard.edu

· The student’s Resident Dean of Freshmen (for freshmen), Resident Dean (for upperclass students), or the FAS Deputy Registrar Lynn Dunham (for graduate and cross-registered students; ldunham@fas.harvard.edu) for all other requests

Students with two FAS exams scheduled at the same date and time according to the schedule below will be contacted by the Exams Office by the beginning of Reading Period. The Exams Office will resolve the conflict automatically by rescheduling one of the student’s two exams to a time within 24 hours before or after the scheduled exam time below. Anyone who believes they have a conflict with an exam that is not on the FAS schedule should contact the Exams Office.

Changes to the initial schedule appear in bold. Exams that have been removed from the schedule appear at the end.
